How do I order in English?

You can order in English by phone, our staff speaks English fluently. If you prefer you can also email your order (we will confirm your order in 24-48 hours). The product descriptions on our site are only in Portuguese at the moment, but we offer a personalized service by phone to help you find the best products for your exterior room or garden.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all Continental Portugal, Azores and Madeira. Note: we do not deliver to post boxes.
International: for deliver to other countries, please contact us and we will give you a quote for shipping cost based on the products you are interested. We accept only payments with credit card or PayPal for orders outside Portugal and you may need to pay duties and taxes on your own country.

How long does it takes to receive my order?

We usually ship orders the next working day. Add one more day to receive your order in Continental Portugal. In Madeira and Azores it usually takes between 7 to 15 working days.
You will be able to Track & Trace your order after it leaves our warehouse, on the post office site (http://www.ctt.pt) using a code we will send you, by email or SMS.

Usually orders are delivered by the courier CTT Expresso. Orders are delivered by hand and a signature will be required. If there isn't anyone on the address you provided, whenever possible the deliver person will leave a postal note, that will allow you to get your order from the near postal office (in the next 3 working days). If an order is not delivered, it will come back to our warehouse and we will only send it again if you contact us on the next 8 days and there will be an additional shipping cost. If there isn't any contact, the order will be cancelled.

How much is packaging and shipping?

No matter what the value of your order, you will only pay the amount below (unless your order has multiple delivery addresses).
Portugal Continental - 4.90 Euros
With payment upon delivery* - 7.70 Euros

Azores and Madeira - 10.90 Euros
With payment upon delivery* - 12.70 Euros.
* We only accept payment upon delivery for orders up to 100 Euros, which will have to be paid in cash (we don't accept checks) at the time of deliver.
International
We will happily send orders to other countries, please contact us to obtain a quote for shipping.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment upon delivery for orders up to 100 Euros and delivery address inside Portugal.
This method of payment has an additional cost, please select form the checkout the shipping option that includes it. You will need to pay in cash (checks are not accepted) at the moment of deliver

Credit cards trough PayPal. Note: you don't need to open or have an account with PayPal). (http://www.paypal.com)
After selecting this payment method you will be taken to the secure web site of PayPal where you will be able to make the payment. If you don't have an account with them and are not interested in opening one, just select the option 'If you do not currently have a PayPal account' to continue the payment process. You can also pay directly from your PayPal account. You order will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation from PayPal of your payment.

Guarantees, exchanges and refunds

If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, we will refund you (the cost of the products), replace or exchange it, until 15 days after the date of delivery. Please return any item in its original condition and packaging and tell us by email if you want a refund, replacement or exchange. All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement will be issued. If a product is faulty, a replacement product will be sent free of delivery charge (after we receive the product that was sent in first place). Please contact us by email or phone.

The right to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 15 days after your order date or the date you received the goods. To cancel an order you need to tell us you wish to do that, by email or fax, and we will send a confirmation that we cancelled it. If you cancel it before it's shipped by us, there won't be any costs to you and in case you made a payment it will be refunded (please allow until 30 days after the date of payment).
If you order is already on your way, then the shipping costs will be charged and not refunded. If you already received the goods, you will then be responsible for returning it to us at your own cost and must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
